I am not negative I speak the trueth after installing for over a decade. As I said this time of year any good shop has enough on their plates just to get through the regular installs, let alone to do something special. The shops that are not busy are the ones that do not do anything special......

If it had been something amazing that they did for him I am sure we would have had a responce by now.
