I work at Circuit City, the install time is about right but we normally offer like with the purchase of a security system I think $299 and up its free install but theres like a $20 shop fee for whatever extra wires they need

Well I work at Circuit city aswell. Im the install manager. I would charge you around $200 plus a bypass if a bypass is needed. The car should take no more then 3 hours to install.

I have a local place, Eureka Car Stereo... quoting me 6-8 hours to put a viper 2 way in my car. I think thats a lot of labor. They charge 50 an hour. 300-400 just for labor? Is this fair?
i got a viper alarm and it didnt take no 6-8 hrs....lol
they got it dont in 2 hrs and i only paid $375
