Default Adding Sirius to an 04?

Hey gang,

My wife has an 04 Mustang GT 40th Anniversary Edition with the in dash 6 disc CD changer. The deck has been rock solid and she really likes it. I believe this is the same deck\system that's in the Mach for this model year.

Anyway, I'd like to add a Sirius radio tothis systemif possible. Has anyone done this and could provide me with a few pointers, what's involved, etc?

Thanks!

Mike

Your best option would be getting a aftermarket head unit that is xm/sirius ready and then get the kit needed for that paticular head unit. Here is where I suggest you start, I have this headunit and love it.

Headunit: http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...83&tp=5684

Wiring Harness: http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Item/Main.aspx?g=103000&i=120705521&tp=736

Sirius Kit: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-2oZGn4N...x?i=700SIRALPC

Dash Kit: http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Produ...550&tp=861

Total Price: $330 before shipping (I think it's free)

You can also add a cd changer as well but if she has an iPod she can use it with this headunit. Good luck and let me know if you need any more help.
