door speaker grills

Default door speaker grills
anyone have problems with the door speaker grills holes not lining up with the intended holes in the door panel? thanks in advance, if needed I will get pics

Ok I went and looked at them some more, It looks like there are supposed to be tabs but their broken off, Are there even supposed to be screws in there?
