Default F'ing Speaker Buzz in Door!!!

I'm very **** when it comes to audio, I'm a recording engineer. I love my mustang but he passenger door speaker was buzzing so I decided to install new speakers. Guess what, It's still buzzing with the new speakers. I've taken the door apart about 4 times now. It's definitely something in the door vibrating and not a speaker or amp problem. Tried adding acoustic foam to different parts of the door but I've had very little luck in removing the buzz completely. Has anyone figured out how to get rid of the buzz? It is also present in the driver side door though it is not as bad. I don't have the shaker so I'm only talking about the speaker in the door. I'd appreciate any help if you can. Thanks!

P.S. I'm glad I installed the GT muffler so I can just turn the radio off and listen to my engine rev!!

is the speaker, the door, or the door panel? try playing the speaker when it rattles and then try applying pressure to the door panel in different places to see if it helps or hurts the rattling. If the door panel does not seem to be doing it, take the door panel off and then play the speaker again and now again try applying pressure to different parts of the door, as well as the speaker to see if there is anything loose and rattling. If that stil does not work then take the speaker out of the door and play it off of a different source to see if the speaker itself is bad..

Once you find out what is making the noise then try and figure out a way to tighten it down. tighten or add screws or maybe wedge something under it(foam, sound damping, even paper if you can) and see what happens. The door panels are probably your problem, they can rattle alot.

ever workedwith anybody famos yet?

If all else fails, you can always replace the door. That's the army solution...

The door is rattling. I don't know where, I've tried to find it with no luck. It feels like the rattle it right where the speaker is and it disappears when the panel is off. It is a mystery.

what year? my 94 has a plastic piece that the speaker mounts to, and there is also a large plastic pin that is on the inside of the door to hold the panel securly to that plastic piece. do you have something like this?

Tryapplying pressure to the door panel in that area in a couple of different directions and see what makes it stop.
