Hey guys, I have my bumper off right now and I'm looking for a good place to mount the ballast in here so it's hidden. Anyone got any suggestions?

 

Okie dokie... well, I'm drilling into the bumper supports that hold the foam bumper insert to hold all four ballasts, two for the headlights and two for the fogs. Will post pictures when done.

Wow... these things are a PITA to drill through. It looked just like a 1/16" piece so I figured no problem... It's impossible to drill through! It's dulling all the drill bits and is barely even making a scratch. Made one hole so far and working on the second ones.

 

yes they are thick, and normally more then one layer. This would be the time to get the good drill bits.
