Can i put a mach 1000 sudio system into my 98 gt? I have the rack of 4 amps and i have 2 12inch speakers for the trunk. i would like to keep my stock speakers working is there any way of tying into the system?

 

what is in the car now? It will really be more trouble then it is worth to get the factory equipment installed. besides the rack you will need the door woofers and tweeters, as well as the door panels.

 

i have the stock 460 mach i believe. i got the 2 speakers and the rack of 4amps for free. i just wanted to install the 2 twelves in the trunk with amps and leave the inside stock u kno wat i mean? I pretty much just adding to trunk speakers. i didnt want to swap out the whole system just tie in the speakers and amps in the rear.

 

I would not even know where to begin to tell you to get power for the additional amps nor how to tap the signal for them, and don't think anyone on here would know what to do.

 

so my best bet would be to go to an audio installer place and get an estimate?
