Nice, are they Dual Voice Coils? What depth are the speakers? I assume they are the regular 8". I have found a few shallow mount speakers in 8" to fit this space. Did you use the screw hole in the rear? Are you using a seperate amp for your subs? You can cheat some space by cutting out the cone with the center hole in the rear and gain about 1/2 aninch, but you will have to seal the hole afterwards.......Im working on mines too.

yes they are the kicker ss series, I used the factory trim ring and fiberglassed over it and took out the old sub and mounted this one to the fiberglassed trim ring and put it back in it was very simple...
