I've "modded" cars for over 35 years (we used to just call it "fixing it up") and this is by far the coolest thing I've ever done to a car. I like to back it in the garage, turn on the flashers and just grin and watch it.......

But, no, the circuitry and stuff needed to do this would consume huge amounts of time and energy and components, when you can buy them from American Muscle, you'll have them in a couple of days (great shipping service!) and in less than an hour, you too can be watching your car blink and grinning incessently.
