looks good. How are you going to run the wires to the amp? Are you going to put them on top of the box or can you drill into the enclosure to hide them?

if you have not planned on going into the box and made a way to run the wires already then you shouldn't mess with it as you will need to make holes in your box.

It does look good and you should be proud. The next step in the install ladder if you want to take it is to hide all the wires and keep everything clean. It can be a deceptivly simple idea that can leave you wondering how to do it but if it is done right it looks smooth.......

Looks good. As scott said, get those wires hid if you want it to look great!

If you still have the chance and are craving loudness, port the box and let those L7's do what they were made to do.

Porting after the fact will be a little difficult unless you built the box very large. Kicker subs are made to sound like doo and get loud as hell. Depending on the size of the box, a nice 4 inch port tuned to around 35 hz would really make it loud.

I'm guessing you want a loud setup by going with kicker subs.... is this the case? Porting leads to another couple questions...

How big is the box?

How deep is the box?

Are those indeed L7's?

the box is 36 x 31 8 inchs tall its divided in the down the middle so each sub has half that they are indeed L7s. if porting wont work with a box of this size im sure they will be load enough for me as is, i got every thing pictured plus a Awia head unit, im not using, for $250.

Give the setup as is a try and if you hav ethe desire for more bass, we can look at the option for porting in the future.
