Wiring kit for aftermarket HU?

Im looking into this HU, http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-AVHP41...8895492&sr=8-1 for my 05 V6

Someone said i needed a wiring kit or something to install it.
I have no idea what to get so if anyone has a link for me, feel free to post it!

metra 70-5521(wire harness) is this what you are talking about wiring kit.

um i think. it plugs into my factory wires so i dont have to splice a ton of wires into my new HU
is this it?
