Default Electrical wire gauge?

I'm gearing up to rewire our car shortly. Have purchased a Ron Francis wiring harness however there are add-ons which this doesn't include for. Things like wiring the electric fuel pump, cut-off switches, power trunk latch, etc. Was wondering what the best overall gauge size would be for this type of wiring? Wasn't sure if I should order a roll or 12 and 18 gauge for Red and Black or just go 12 for everything.

Have a Summit order I'm placing tonight and was going to order from here.

Thanks.

it depends on how much current each item pulls. If you were to run 12 awg to everything you should be ok.
