Default Installing a new system. help please

OK,

I am trying to just completely take away the mach 460 system. Today I installed a headunit and it sounded like poop (no bass). After some research I have found the issue but I am unsure what to buy and install to work around it.

Here's what I have... 02 Mustang GT Convertible.

Headunit: Alpine CDA-9886
Rear speakers: Pioneer TS-A1673R
Front Door and Tweeters: Pioneer TS-A1302C
XM Radio receiver, antenna

I am stuck on buying an amp. How many do I need, what wattage, ohm, etc.. and what amp with what speaker set?

I'll figure out the installation.

I am not adding a subwoofer so that part isn't necessary. I've got hardly any trunk space as it is.

Also, I'm thinking I needed the amp under the stock head unit to help hold up the aftermarket one. Am I correct on this? If not, what did I do wrong because it seems off. Like tilted upward slightly because nothing is holding the back of the HU up except gravity.

OK, 1 more thing now that I think about it. I installed the XM receiver under the passenger seat but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the antenna wire from the HU into the trunk. In a convertible, where is there an opening to get myself back there in the trunk?

Thanks for reading and even more thanks if you read AND help.

So you pulled out the whole mach system and replaced it with all aftermarket compents?
OK
So you can rule out the XM tuner, bc that will not have any effect on the bass.......

subwoofer=bass, there really no way of getting around it, if you want bass add a subwoofer.

xm antenna, pull the back seat out, then go into that trunk remove that gray carpet on back wall into the car(it hides the vert motor and the mach amps) and run the antenna throught there...
