Talking Upgrading to a Shaker 500 system

We have a shaker 500 head unit along with the door panels with the big round speakers installed in them and two small amps, I am guessing there is one amp per door. We have already installed the shaker 500 and have attempted to install the door panels with the big round speakers, but when we remove the old door panels we are lost. The top oval speakers in the door are connected and work great but, we cannot figure out how to connect the round speakers and amps. Is there any website or does anyone have any diagrams on how the round door speakes should be wired along with the two small amps?

Thanks
Doug

the subs use a separate amp in the right corner of the trunk. If you didnt get those too, your gonna have to add a amp to power them

both amps go under driver side dash, odds are none of the wiring is there. IMO going to shaker 500 is a waste of money, ur easiest option is either make ur own harness or run an external amp

along with the door panels, amps and drivers you will also need to get the specific shaker harness and this is what will cost you. You might be able to get a harness that goes from the trunk to the door kick panels but to get the section that goes from there to the woofers you would need to take the doors off of a car and strip that section of the hrns out of the main harns.

To be honest I understand that you want to either keep it stock or want to save a few bucks but the shaker systems have always been lacking in quality that would allow them to work much past the warrenty. The headunits are programmed by ford to lock up with you 6 favorite disks once it realized you have them.

There are so many brands of audio equipment that I would never recomend installing factory ford/jbl stereo equipment in any car that you like.
