hey guys, i just purchased a 2010 GT and I love the car, but my only compliant is the stereo the speakers do not handle the bass well at all in music and I have the regular crappy ford system no shaker system since my gt is a deluxe coupe. I only have 4 speakers would the speakers from an 05-09 GT work with my 10 and does the shaker speakers sound good? I know the shaker system has 8 speakers, and that two of them are in the doors along with the regular speakers where are the others located at? Any thoughts or help?

 

If you are wanting better sound there are 10x more options in the aftermarket that sound 100x better then anything ford/jbl has ever put out.


If you want more bass then just look into a self powered subwoofer. This will allow you to take the bass out of the factory speakers that can't handle it and let the sub do its job. Infinity basslinks are easy as are bazooka tubes, there are a bunch of options.
