Default replacing stock head unit and cd player

I have a 98 cobra with a 460 system. I removed the head unit and cd player and I have a Dual xdma7610 I bought a while ago that I wanted to pop in but now it doesnt seem as straight foward as other installations I've done before.

All the harnesses I've seen only have 2 connectors but there are 3 connectors in my head unit plus the ground and radio antenna. There are also 2 other connectors in the cd player. What do I need to get to make this look and sound right?

I appreciate any help.
