quick basic mach 460 question

Default quick basic mach 460 question

what size are the speakers in the doors, twitters and rear box speakers. and how many ohms are the speakers.

tweeters are a 2.5" 4 ohm speaker, the woofers are a 5 x 7" 8 ohm woofer. one pair per corner front and rear. You can easily bypass the amps if you know how and it is better to do in some cases. What are you wanting to do?

i just plan on replacing the two door speakers casue i keep blowing them out(only the right side) hah but i some how acquired a bunch of stock speakers and i keep blowing them out so im just going to get after market door speakers. any ideas? whats a good a brand.

doorspeakers can be woofers or tweeters........ The tweeters are an easy replacment since they are 4 ohm but the woofers can be trouble if the stock deck is still in there.

Have you replaced your deck? Did you bypass the amp for the front tweeters? I show how on page 2 of my cardomain page.
