Default Head Unit Q's?

I'm lookin for a replacement for my crappy head unit.

obviously im looking for something "inexpensive" though that is somewhat relative. just wondering if there's any way to get all the capabilities of the 1000$ units like DVD, bluetooth, navigation, cd/mp3/wma/ipod, for less? i've been thinkin of something like a carputer?

i've looked at kenwood, pioneer, sony, jvc, alpine, etc units, but cant seem to find anything reasonably priced under 600$. does anyone know of anything? cheapest i could find was the Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD, but it lacks navigation, and was thinkin of how i could rig up some kind of navigation using its touchscreen... but havent found anything.

yea, i found a pioneer avic-x910bt for a decent price, so im gunna get it once i get some more cash together. unless of corse i can find something more suitable. altho, at this point its the only thing even close. the only thing better would be a larger screen and cleaner panel (no buttons). i tried bestbuy, but they had all junk, about as much selection as wal-mart. but at least walmart had prices to match thier junk lol.
