what's the cheapest and easiest way to get my '03 cobra taillights to blink sequentially?

I have to replace one of them, because of a fender bender, so I thought I might as well upgrade them to be sequential.

I don't want the euro-looking ones, just keep the stock look, but sequential blinking for turn signals would be great.

there is a module you buy...the headlight housings have nothing to do with it.

replace it with a stock housing and look for the module and plug it in....as far as i know

 

American Muscle Customer Service says that their product won't work on the '03 cobra, that's the only year/model that it won't work on.

Any other ideas?

 

There is a seller on eBay that has a kit for the 2003 Cobra. Just do a search for 2003 Mustang sequential and look for the seller psmteddy. They have what you are looking for I believe.

 

I got mine off ebay ...:-D ..But there for a regular mustang ( not sure what the difference is )

 

I just bought a kit for my '00 GT from this seller and they look great. Ended up around $50 + the hour or so it took to splice and install.

 

Hi. Try this site. http://www.webelectricproducts.com/ They say they have harnesses for 1996 to 2009 Mustangs. I got a set for my 2009 and love them. Easy to install. Just pop out the tail light assembly, unplug the harness, remove the bulbs plug in the new harness, reinstall and you are ready to go. Directions are clear..... go for it and enjoy!

 

I don't remember where I got mine for but I wanna say it was like 40-50. It was a harness and took all of 10 minutes.
