Default Changing H/U

If I change my H/U the 460 to something else would it sound like crap or better? I like the 460 but I would before putting in my dvd player for my MP3's.

I put in a Clarion 95zx, their top model and to be honest it sounded half as good as the stock head unit, the head unit in the 460 puts out plenty of power, but DVD is pretty sweet

When I added my headunit in, I rewired all the speakers with larger wire and added two 10's and a amp. It sounds great..
