I just ordered this and it should be here on the 30th. Does anyone know what wiring harness is needed? 2011 base v6. thanks.

according to crutchfield, it looks like you'll need the same pac harness (http://www.amazon.com/C2R-FRD1-Radio.../dp/B0015ASMIQ). i'm planning to make an install write-up for this, and i should be installing it in a day or two; it shouldn't be complicated to do, though... basically match the same colored wires together

that's actually ~ 1/2 of what crutchfield/bestbuy/etc charge, so even though is looks expensive, it's still a steal .

also, i installed the radio yesterday... and everything is working as it should (for the moment, at least ), so i should have the write up completed in a day or two. it was actually easier than i thought it would be, too.

so far so good, i've been playing around with it a little (kind of cool playing a dvd in your car ). i'm kind of an audiophile, so i've been dinking around with the equalizer, but regardless, it sounds much better than the shaker headunit; i can hear more midrange, which is something the shaker was lacking

No need to spend money on that PAC harness...just splice in a 12v resistor for the amp turn on and you're set.
