Default 1998 Mach 460 Problem

Hello,

I own a 1998 V6 Mustang with the Mach 460 system, and have had an aftermarket Alpine head unit in for a couple years now. Recently, I have been getting a low humming sound coming from the rear speakers, even with the volume on 0. They will also make an odd rumbling sound when hitting heavier bass notes. This problem does only happen intermittently though, so the speakers should not be blown. I feel like it is some sort of electrical problem because sometimes when the speakers are humming, I will flip the windshield wipers and they will go back to normal.

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions on how to solve this problem.

Thanks in advance,
Kevin
