Default door lock/unlock issue

Having a hard time determining whether or not I need some sort of bypass module on my 2006 w/viper 5902. The doors currently do not lock/unlock.

you shouldnt need a bypass mod for door locks. i know on the mewer style mustangs you cant put in a window mod unless you want to solder to the circuit board of the window motor

I got it to work, but now since I'm using the dome light supervision, it thinks the doors are open until the light goes off. What do I do?

where did you get the door triger from ? the door pin ?
you have to go to the top of the fuse box there is a plug there the wire is black/white negative , or you can run the cable to the courtesy light

for the domelight supervision you can add a diode so it don't send the signal to the door triger if they are on the same wire

so there is a designated door trigger, I don't have to use the dome supervision?

Darn. You'd think by following the directions it would have been seamless. I need to find those wires.
