Just got a DDM Tuning HID Kit. Installed it and all was well for about a week. One night i heard one of my lights was out but i checked and they worked. then last night it went out again but wont turn back on.

When i turn the lights on it will flash but just go black. idk what this could be i checked all the connections and they were all good i even redid them all also tried turning on the lights multiple times still nothing. Could it be a bad ballast? idk....

Do you know if they installed a relay with your install? its a cable that hooks directly to the battery then the both HID ballasts.

 

I have this kit in my car and no issues..check your connections

 

hids are dependant on a clean connection. wiggle the hrns's and see if you can get it to turn on/off in a certain area and then why.
