I have a V6 with the shaker 500 system. Recently it has started to come on but not have any sound. You can change from cd to am/fm but get no sound. The first time it happened when I stopped and cut the car off, then started it up again, the system worked fine. Went about 2 weeks and it did it again this morning. I went about a mile down the road, cut the car off, started it back up and I had sound.

Anyone else ever experience this?

 

ive never had that problem but it sounds like theres a short somewhere, have your wireing checked
