Default 2007 Shelby GT Speaker Upgrade

Hey I was wondering about upgrading the speakers in my car.

From what I have deduced from looking at all the threads I could find on the subject, JL Audio makes good subs and Alpine makes a perfectly fine amp.

I'm looking to spend maybe between 1,200-2,000 (cheaper always better of course, but want great sound)
I have the stock navigation with the Shaker 500

I was thinking of getting

Either

2x JL Audio C5-570x (http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_c...hp?comp_id=445) for the front doors/rear deck
Alpine PDX-F4 Amp.(http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/pdx-f4)
2x subs for the doors...Any thoughts? (I hear that you need to modify the housing either with a ring to extend it out some or something along those lines)
And I assume I would need and additional amp for the door subs. (another PDX-F4?)

Or

1x JL Audio C5-570x for front doors
2x smaller subs in the rear deck maybe (http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_s...p?series_id=29)
Alpine PDX-F4
2x C5-650x (http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_c...hp?comp_id=443) OR 2x ZR800-CW (http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_c...p?series_id=31)
For in the door where the shaker subs are now
I also assume I would need another amp for the rear subs (another PDX-F4?)

Which do you think is best? (If either) Feel free to suggest different components, I don't have any real brand loyalty and you should assume (it may be evident lol) that I don't know very much about audio.
Also is the stock navigation fine so long as I have amps?
How hard is the install? or How much would it cost to have it all installed?

Thanks for any/all advice

A nice plug and play option is the Kicker kit from Shelby

I was thinking about that, but thought other brands might sound better? maybe not? have you listened to JL or Hertz?

After visiting a place and listening this is what I ordered

Audison LRx 6.9 Amp
Hertz HSK-165 2-Way Component
Hertz HCX-165 2-Wat Coaxial

Then plan on getting either a JL Audio Stealthbox or a couple JL subs in the rear
