aux in 05 gt?

Default aux in 05 gt?

It has a button for the aux but I can seem to find the plug in for it.... does it come with one from the factory? Thanks

nope. 05-06 mustang radios don't have the plugs for it. Starting in 07 they do

Say he is trying to play an ipod............are there solutions to this using the factory stereo?

Use the music on my phone using an auxillery cable.

For ipods brandmotion makes something that allows you to hook up your ipod directly to the stereo and control it using the factory controls. I think it runs $150 or so.

If you want to use aux in crutchfield has something that says it worked when I put in that I have an 05 mustang with Shaker 500

I have never used these so I don't know how well any of them work.

I originally tried an adapter made by PAC but could not get it to work. The build quality was garbage anyway. I ended up getting a double din touchscreen unit.
