we need to figure out if it is introduced before or after the amp. Take the rca cables out of the amp driving the front speakers and reverse them. If the static switches sides, then we know the deck/rca's are the problem, if nothing happens it could be the amp or the wiring after. If nothing happens then reverse the speaker wires on the amp and again see if it switches sides. If it does then you have something in the amp introducing the noise and if nothing happens then its either your wires or the speaker. Recheck the connections to the speaker if nothing switched after all that.
