I bought my mustang with halo headlights. The person before installed some white LED's so that the dims would be white/blueish color.

The halo rings themselves do not light up on either light. I'm not sure if he didn't know how to hook it up or what, but I am in the same boat. I have no clue how to find out if they are broken or if they just arent hooked up..

Help?

 

Did you splice them into the parking lights? Do you have the inverter that come with the halo lights?

 

I don't know anything about electronics so Idk what you mean can you "dumb" it down a bit ? haha

 

Pull the headlights off the car. Are there any loose unconnected wires hanging off of them? You have to cut the stock wiring and splice into the parking lights to get the halos working. the previous owner was probably too scared. It's pretty easy though, you just have to make sure you cut the correct cables.
