Get your battery checked.
You're running amps, so you're drawing more power, which would explain why you don't have the problem when you don't run the radio.
Kinda like how if you sit in your car for an hour with the radio, ac, and ignition on but without the engine running it will drain your battery?
I'm guessing that's your problem.

the mach are known to do this. The stock remote turn on is 6v and aftermarket decks are 12v. There is a topic in section sticky that explains one way to do it or just put a 1.5k resistor inline on the remote wire.
