fix blown sub?

i heard now subs can be fixed rather than buying a new one. is this true and how much does it cost?

SOME subs, newer ones have it so you can replace the cone, i think, i dunno, i did it to mine.

oh well these came with the car and they are pretty old. he said they were outdated. work good though.
