Default 2010 USB Issue

I have Nav and have been listening to music via USB on a 32GB stick. I have been doing so since the car was new. Suddenly I cannot get any music out of the memory stick. The system sees the stick, displays the song and artist information even the song timer is counting down. All other functions work OK: Sirius, AM/FM/Jukebox/Line/CD...I have tried multiple memory sticks, but the same, no sound.

Is there a reboot function? I have 4000 miles left before warrenty expires, but I would like to get some input from members.

Thanks

closest thing would be to disconnect power to it for a few secs and then reconnect it. You can just disconnect the battery or unplug the radio, or pull the fuse...

I'm just shouting out a thanks.

Disconnected my battery (neg pole), waited 5 mins and everything was fine when I reconnected.

Great to hear! Generally things just need a reset to clear some possible corruption. Disconnect the power source and it clears it.
