I saw a VW with strobes on the front and back. they were bright as hell when they flash.

He said that he can sit in a parking lot parked and get blue red and white or even have a cop light on top and he woulnt get in trouble. Is that true?

Strobe's are illegal unless you are an EMT or firefighter.

I don't know what you mean by strobe kit but, I put a set on my buddies 94 vert, one behind the pony, one under the front bumper and one under the rear bumper, looked better than I thought it would, but I owed him $20 and he said if I hooked it up for him he'd forget about the money i owed him. I wasn't too bad to wire up luckily Mustang are easily accessable firewalls. running the wires is the hardest part. If you just want the lights in place and dont want the switch in a conveinent place, and have no wiring experience expect to spend about 3 hours doing it. If you want it done very clean and put the switch in a factory looking position expect to do it in about 4 and a half hours.
