subs with stock setup?
Hello all
I have a 97 GT with the stock radio/tape player and CD player in two separate slots... mach 460... I really like how they are set up they can pop out easy... have a 94 explorer that was supa easy to change the head unit (same setup)
I want to know if there is a way to hook up a sub or a pair of subs with the existing head units? It sounds really good but could use a little kick on the low end..
A friend of mine has a cavalier and for a while he picked up a sound signal off of a speaker wire somehow? This sound familiar? Anyone who has any input let me know, thanks!

Yea i just finished my install of two 12's and a 350 watt rms amp, sounds OK. But to get a signal off a speaker wire u need a Line output converter, im ganna get one 2marrow so i have a stronger signal to use. This will make them sound better for me at least
max speed and sound(my local stereo shop here in town) i called him yesterday and he said 19.95 probaly wont charge me tax, hes a kool guy. My freind used one when we did his and it works really good.
