Great suggestion. Sorry for not saying it. I was trying to make sure everything was hooked up right first.

i totally understand....i see so many ppl who say their system isn't running or sounding right and it usually turns out to be a head-unit adjustment or something very simple.

Ok, that deck has only one set of preamp outputs and no sub outs so, I doubt there is a level adjustment. We are back to figuring out how you have it hooked up. There is one set of rca's coming out of this deck, where do they go?

yes, this set goes to my ipod, the rca's hook up to another adapter allowing a headphone jack to connect to it. Now there is also another set of rca's i think thats for rear output (not subs) because i get vocal out of it

what do u guys think of this deck?

There is only one set of rca outputs on your deck. The other rca set is an aux. input. That would be the one for your ipod. The other set of rca jacks should be the only output you have. Is your other amp connected to these or are they free? If you are not using them, this is where you need to hook your amp up to.

that dual deck is pretty much a very low line deck. that panasonic is a great deck it has 3 sets preouts at 5volts and you have a built in xover on the deck for the subs and main speakers and sub control. i suggest getting it. that kingwood amp is a rip off of kenwood also pretty low line but it might work for you. what model are you subs and what ohms are they?

yeah the dual deck was basically... i need a deck lemme get this one kinda deal, it works and sounds awesome it jus dun have all the bells n whistles, i think i might buy that panasonic one and my amp is hooked up to that set of rca's so there are none free, the subs are 2 10" mtx's i dunno anything about them my cuzin had them for like 2 years and didn;t use em anymore so he handed them down to me... there all black dunno if that helps but i dont think u can find them anymore there not like OLD, but there not the newest out there, and the kingwood amp i kno is like a 3rd party kinda deal but i think it'll work fine because im only using it for my 2 subs, i have the other stock ford amp powering the other speakers. so i think im kinda set on the panasonic deck - christmas is around the corner
