i have 2 12" kicker cvr 's i want a ported box but i dont no should i get a ported or sealed???

 

Probably depends on what kind of sound you are after. Are you looking for big time loud or SQL or strictly SQ?

I personally would stick with sealed. Ported boxes can be made to sound really good but, the margin for error is very small. Sealed boxes are alot more forgiving to build and still sound just plain awesome. Just hard to beat sealed for SQ.

 

if you want sticktly SQ i would say sealed also but i would say dont use those subs. those are some very bad sounding subs. if you can get something differnt.

 

what do u suggest i get instead of the kickers?

 

DLS, Rainbow, Arc, ID, soundsplinter, Bravox, Elevation Audio, RE, Focal, and so on.
