Default spl 160 soundstream or jl?

i have a spl 160 soundstream that is 1000 watts and a jl audio 15w3 that is 500 watts. which should i run. which will soud better i think i'm gonna go with the jl cause my friends jl 12's sound awsome and have alot of bass. i've been running the soundstream but i think the jl will sound better because what i understand about jl is they do more with less watts and sound clearer and the bass will be tighter what is your opinion on this matter.

is iy true that even though jl is only 500 watts it will be louder? the magnet on the jl is tiny compared to th soundstream that thing is huge.

magnet dosnt even matter on subs you just need very much of a magnet to perform well. and the subs are over rated the SPL ones are probaly like 200 RMS

Magnets have nothing to do with which sub is better. The rms of a sub has nothing to do with which sub is louder or better...
