i was just wondering where you all wire your remote wire into? i have my in my fuse panel right now with a on/off switch because i couldnt find a fuse that would turn off when the car is off. anyway i have the stock cd player with the mach 460. i want to know where to hard wire it in and possibly my radar detector also. thanks

You could run it to your ignition lead.

using the ignition lead is too much trouble.... for me at least, there is a blue wire in the harnesses that plug into the head unit that you can use. just get a circuit tester, turn your key on and the test them until u find it. When you do, make sure it goes off when you turn your key off.

cause i don't really like to mess with the ignition stuff...even though the way i did it might be a little more tedious.

Huh? The ignition signal wire is within an inch of the wire you are talking about....

oh really??? well i guess you learn something everyday...for some reason whenever i hear ignition wire i think of the wire on the ignition switch itself [sm=oopssign.gif] oh well...
