kinda. the adapter is there behind the plate, however your still going to need to run the wiring for the fog lights. our sponsor VMP has a great kit to do just that..

i used the kit to install fog lights in my cobra bumper. it took about an hour, which included installing the fog lights. it might have taken less time if i wouldve jacked up the car though.

Actually, I did fogs on a 94 V6 back in 1994 rather quickly. I grabbed the factory fog switch from the dealership (I believe that it was $26 back then), plugged it in, then went to the fuse/relay box under the hood (driver's side), plugged in a standard relay (had to trim off the plastic mounting tab), then the plugs behind the plastic plates in the bumper were live. Cut the plastic plates and flushed in a set of fogs, looked stock, and took less than 30 min to do.
