idk what everyone wants and I like your idea HT about the states on the back. My original idea (although I'm not the chapt. pres. or anything lol) was to put the logo thing on the front and the current list of members with their numbers in a list on the back but idk how new members would feel about that unless they got their shirts made later on or something

Well...ok, the only way I can see that working, is if we make a shirt each year, and update the members by a certain date...say like, the beginning of our year is the second Sunday in June, and members who had joined by that date get their names on that years shirt.

I'd say we could do a different shirt for each new member, like, adding their name onto it, but that would make bulk discounts impossible. I was also hoping that eventually we could have a small treasury for the Chapter, and that way I could use that money to purchase extra shirts and have them on hand at events in case members wanted to buy them. But, if we put member names on the back, then new members won't want one probably...because who wants a shirt from a club that says you aren't part of it, ya know?

It's a great idea, and maybe I'm overanalying it. Any thoughts on how we could circumvent these issues?

HT... Design looks great. I like Britts idea of a membership list. If shirts will be screenprinted, an additional screen could be made with current member names and #s listed as "Charter member". Additional shirts could be ordered in bulk without the additional screen. As membership grows additional screens could be added, Charter member shirts could also be reordered. Just a thought.

HT... I also like your idea of small design on front with large design on back.

I love what the chop shop is doing with the logo. Just though I'd share with you guys a more retro/simple design I came up with for my own personal shirt (of course AFTER it is approved by MF since their web address is in it) in addition to the awesome one the MF guys are working on.

Everyone. Please stay on the lookout later tonight for a thread about the logo. We have a bunch of options and I'm going to put a poll up to decide on what we want to use for both the shirt and in general.

Hi everyone. I would certainly buy a couple. Very nice designs. I'll wait for the pole to express my opinion.
