Do you take them out of the cage and all that or do they just stay in there? I had seen people posting them for sale on CL and I was curious what sort of pet they'd make.

Oh yea, you have to give them dust bath (they roll around in crust lava rock) this pulls the oil from their hair. Get one young and handle him or her. If you don't have alot of time to interact with them get another one. They are social animals and need to be paired or have alot of interaction. Ashley had Midgie when I met her and as we became more busy we couldn't give the attention to her as we once did. So we got another one, this was trick to introduce them together as the cage as always been Midgie's. They are funny and cute.

Need a good size cage (ferret nation cage) and make it where they can jump place to place. That's how they get around. Very wasy to car for, I vacuum out the cage and wipe it down once or twice a week.

Cool. I think I'll stick with dogs but they do seem like a cool alternative to Guinea pigs or Hamsters.

The troublemaker!

Jenn's mom and dad are watching her during the day until we get into our house. They're spoiling her just like she's another grand-baby.

Yes, that's a dishtowel that she swiped.

She's too frick'n cute even when she's being a little devil.

I forgot to post this since I vented about it yesterday.

All but 1 of the UK charges on my debit card were removed sometime last night so that saves me from having to petition the bank to get my money back. Hopefully the last one goes away before it's fully processed too.
