Jason, can you help guide us on what needs to happen on Saturday. Our event runs from 11-5, I assumed we needed to arrive a couple hours early to begin staging and getting organized. We have Kevin, Clint and Steve as tech inspectors. Jeff, Justin, Mike and I are going to work the car show.

What else do we need help with? Think about it and let us know.

Departure time is not an issue for me. I will see Dana today and see if he has any limitations. If it starts at 11:00 would we need to depart CLT between 6:00-6:30? thoughts??

That would be cool. Do they allow spectators? We might have to try to work that in.

We will be leaving the house around 0700. We will be helping prepare everything for testing. The testing should start around 0830. If you guys would like to follow us there you can. Like I said it's on the way to the drag strip. You would be able to see us work out, some Katas and depending on when you want/need to get to the track you might be able to see some of the sparing.

Im leaving here 730-8, get there around 11. Waiting to see if anyone shows up locally. I dont think i will rendezvous with anyone conveniently. I will have some drinks. Are we buying cans or bottles? Figured if we do we can adjust the prices appropriately.
