Default A little paint correction

I did a little paint correcting on the trunk of the car today. I figured its a good time to do it since the spoiler isn't in the way. Was surprised at the damage around the edge of the spoiler. Looks like it has been rubbing the paint a bit.

This shot gives you an idea of the amount of stuff that can be stuck to the paint in a short period of time. The car was last clayed about 6 months ago. This is just the trunk lid.

All after pics are with nothing on the paint. No wax or glaze, just paint.

I posted this so people can see what can be accomplished quickly and easily with one of the cheaper machines. I used my 7 year old Porter Cable 7424.

I really need to figure out how to do this stuff. Though I think having more lights in the garage may be helpful lol.

Very nice. I'm waiting for a nice day that I can commit to the car to do some work with my new Griots DA.

Nice work Harold. Well done. We are really going to have to put together a detailing GTG like you tried once before.
