The VA has been fantastic with my father, I guess we are lucky in that aspect. They were great with him in NY and no issues at all here.

It's not the doctors and nurses, its the administration. More problems with them than I would care to discuss when dealing with my F-I-L (including someone changing his NOK without any of his family knowing or being informed).
