Everytime i try to add a pic to my post, my avtar or mysig I get File too large! I've tried to shrink the file size but it doesn't seem to work. And the only pic that WILL go into my post comes up as a thumbnail!

These pice are shot on my 5mp digital camera.

Could anyone tell me the exact program to use and the steps it takes to post a regular size pic without it becoming a thumbnail in the post like this

o man that is a beautiful shot want a sig made? cause that will be to big. and there are tutorials about sizing i think up top in one of the stickies section
