what tool in photoshop and how do u use it...
how would u create neon?
or if you wanan do it urself..heres a pic
i've been photoshoping the windows and rims but i just wanted to see what neon would look like

cut the car to a new layer

make a new layer between the car and the background

using the brush tool, on the airbrush setting (just pick one of the brushes that has soft edges)

just start filling in where you want the neon to show

use an eraser with soft edges to fix it up

set layer mode to i believe hard light, or soft light

duplicate the layer

and bring down opacity if needed


next if you want a bright spot right under the door area as if you can see the actual neon peeking out, then just repeat above, just mess with the layer mode and opacity, and put it underneath the other neon layers.


just remember, neons usually dont shine on the outer sides of the wheels, so you might want to make sure you dont put any neon in front of the tires... you'll understand what i mean, if you dont already.
