Just some blending, using brushes,cutting, pasting, and changing the opacity/fill. [8D]

...i'll try to explain another way to chop wheels that is a bit easier.

1. make two rough lassos around the wheels using the eliptical lasso tool under the square lasso tool.

2. press "q" to enter quick mask mode and the screen should turn red.

3. take a hard round brush around 19px and start "erasing" the area around the wheel until everything but the wheel is red.

4. press "q" again to exit quick mask mode and admire your work. then continue with the rest of the car.

hope this helps.
thats the difficult way to use quickmask mode for wheels.

easier way is to make a circle with the elliptical tool, then enter quick mask mode, then press ctrl+t to enter free transform mode.

in quickmask mode, you can change the shape of a selection without distorting the image with it.
