as stated, im hoping someone would take on a little project/favor. I need a business card type logo designed. Id like to use said logo for advertising on my other forums/ craigslist and business cards for local car shows etc.

People are going to need more details than that. What's the business name? What kind of products/services do you offer?

i apologize, im not one for logistics. I do HID projector headlight retrofits. So something along the lines of automotive/lighting. The image is all i really need, fonts i assume i can add later.
