I voted for original, but the shelby looks nice as well. I just think you're looking at too much money for replacing perfectly good metal parts with fiberglass aftermarket thats going to need a lot of body work. I think what you do depends on what you're going to paint it as well.
I just say keep it more close to original and invest more money into the actual paint job so you get a straighter car and nicer paint.
another option is to just do the ducktail spoiler, I believe a member on here only replaced his trunk lid and extensions and it looks really sharp and classy. Kind of gives it that mean 69/70 look with the rear but the rest still stock.

I like it as is. It looks sweet! If the paint is really not in good shape then repaint it. It looks alot like the 68 from Bullitt. I actually like the look of the 67 quarter vents with the fastback vents and the hood vents with the turnsignals. They all go together.
