I have found some nice wheels at a decent price but not sure if they will fit. 15'' x 8'' 4 1/2'' bolt pattern,backspace is 3 1/2''. Will that work with a 67 coupe without sticking out of the wheel wells or anything?

 

Really crude guess - the outer edge of the wheel and the outer tire sidewall will be about 2" further out than what you've got.

I'm thinking you have wheels that are no more than 6" wide on zero offset wheels (they'd have about 3.5" backspace, so all of the extra 2" width on the 8" wide wheels ends up being on the outside).
